Terms and conditions

  • This promotion is run by EVES on Cameron, a branch of EVES Realty Ltd, Licensed under the REAA 2008.
  • To be eligible for the prize draw, the property must be listed exclusively with EVES on Cameron between 1 June 2025 and 31 August 2025, under a minimum 90-day sole agency agreement based on a standard commission fee structure.
  • Only one entry per vendor, per property will be accepted at the time of listing.
  • Vendors will receive a second entry into the prize draw if the listed property is sold (unconditionally) within the promotion period (1 June – 31 August 2025).
  • There will be three prize draws - one for each calendar month of the promotion:
    • June draw: for properties listed between 1–30 June 2025
    • July draw: for properties listed between 1–31 July 2025
    • August draw: for properties listed between 1–31 August 2025
  • Each prize is a $1,000 Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga gift voucher or store credit.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are only valid at Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga (Gate Pa location).
  • Winners will be drawn before the 10th of the month following each draw period and notified via phone or email.
  • By entering the promotion, winners agree to have their name and an approved image used for promotional purposes across EVES’ marketing channels, without additional compensation.
  • This promotion is not open to EVES on Cameron employees or their immediate families.
  • EVES on Cameron reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
